CIPHER TAP is a compact code-breaking puzzle designed for one more round.

Read the clue cards, enter a code with unique digits, and use the feedback from each attempt:

EXACT — the right digit in the right position.

MISPLACED — the right digit in the wrong position.

Choose a 3-, 4-, or 5-digit puzzle, then set 8, 10, 12, or 15 tries and a 3-, 5-, 10-, or 15-minute limit, or play with no time limit. Tougher settings earn a higher score multiplier, while relaxed settings reduce it. Your best score, wins, streak, and selected settings are saved only in your browser.

CONTROLS

Mouse or touch: tap the number buttons.

Keyboard: number keys, Backspace, Enter, and Esc.
